Job Description
- Manage heavy calendar scheduling and coordination of meetings and deliverables
- Audit expense reports and ensure accuracy
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills for data organization and analysis
- Assist with light PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain detailed and organized records
- Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits) a plus
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong experience in in Excel
- Knowledge with SOP's and vendor communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic office equipment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to assist and help others.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
