Job Description:
MUST HAVE SOME PRIOR OCCUPATIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE:
Working with our Water and Fire Damage Restoration teams
Maintain a clean and organized working area.
General cleaning of Servpro equipment and warehouse
Clean smoke damaged residential and commercial  items and furnishings
Clean smoke damaged homes with Servpro specialized products and procedures
Inventory and photo document homeowners smoke damaged contents
Work with a contents team moving residential contents to and from our offsite facility for processing and cleaning
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Communicate clearly with the office (Especially with regarding customer needs and concerns)
Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the job site, in the office and while traveling from and to job-sites.

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE SOME PRIOR OCCUPATIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE
We will train new hires to use our products and procedures
Effective oral communication
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Cleaning experience is a plus
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Must have valid drivers license
Reliability work transportation

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift 25-35 pounds at times with assistance
